Overview
The IT Portal now offers enhanced branding capabilities for organizations wanting to customize their portal experience with their own domain and visual identity.
Basic Branding
This standard option has long been available to users. It enables custom domain access to the portal (such as portal.acme.com) where your company logo replaces the default branding. The login page receives custom styling based on your settings. By default, the custom domain redirects to the secure IT Portal infrastructure with your branding applied.
Advanced Branding (New Feature)
A premium tier has been introduced for organizations wanting to completely hide the underlying portal infrastructure from their URL structure.
Key Details:
- There will be an additional monthly upcharge of $25/month and you must use Cloudflare's service which starts at $20/month
- Cloudflare is mandatory because direct internet access to web servers is prohibited
- Only secure requests from Cloudflare receive responses from the infrastructure
- Implementation requires backend modifications, making support more resource-intensive
